Andrew has a passion for solutions.

Andrew currently serves as Plasticity Boom’s Chief Solutions Officer. An experienced Sales, Marketing, and IT professional, critical thinker, innovator, and new technology enthusiast.

Prior to Plasticity Boom, Andrew provided leadership to areas of Admissions, Marketing, and Technology for non-residential learners of Olivet Nazarene University (ONU) since 2008. As the Associate Vice President for ONU Global, Andrew provided senior level leadership to Olivet’s innovation division that specialized in creating new models that offered disruptive solutions to markets.  Some of his work included the implementation of the university’s first SaaS CRM solution, optimization of the SIS for non-traditional operations, combing both CRM and SIS in a single environment on Salesforce, modernization of Marketing and Recruitment, and streamlining Admissions. Andrew has been featured in publications, media outlets, conferences, panel discussions, and national television. His latest work was aired on the CBS show American by Design, a show dedicated to highlighting the thirty top innovative solutions in the United States.  Andrew is a recipient of the Kankakee County (IL) Chamber of Commerce “40 Under 40” and a member of the ONU team that was a top-three finalist for the Salesforce Dave Perry Excellence in Innovation Award in 2021.

 

Andrew and his wife Michelle reside in Illinois along with their daughter, Charlotte, who is active in band, volleyball, and basketball.
