Jeremy has a passion for data, systems, and operations.

Jeremy has a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Olivet Nazarene University and earned his Masters in Business Administration from the same institution in 2005. He has also been an adjunct professor for the past 14 years, teaching numerous leadership courses.

Jeremy has an extensive background in finance and higher education. He started his career evaluating multi-million-dollar servicing portfolios for high-profile mortgage clients throughout the United States, before moving into the non-profit sector in 2002 where he worked in grant writing and the development of fundraising campaigns and annual fund initiatives. For the last 15 years, he had been with the School of Graduate & Continuing Studies (SGCS) at Olivet Nazarene University, where he served as the Associate Vice-President for ONU Global. In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day business operations for SGCS campuses in Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana, and managed a $25 million operating budget. Jeremy is known for his financial expertise, particularly in cash flow evaluations and revenue projections, and helped to incubate the continuing studies program into a mature revenue generating engine.

As part of his former role, Jeremy had over 15 years of dedicated service as HR Liaison with SGCS at Olivet.  In this role, he led crucial responsibilities to enhance the organization's human resources function for SGCS. Notably, he was instrumental in developing a robust recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process, which centered around the esteemed Ideal Team Player Principles. Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, he built strong employee relations within SGCS, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.


Employee engagement has been a key focus of his role, he actively participated in planning and organizing engagement initiatives, aimed at boosting morale and fostering a sense of unity among his team. In addition to this, he effectively coordinated the Performance Management Processes for SGCS in close collaboration with the Office of HR.

Jeremy also successfully coordinated adjunct faculty payroll processes for SGCS. His responsibilities extended to handling Compliance and Legal matters, with a particular focus on Financial Aid-related affairs, ensuring adherence to pertinent regulations and guidelines.

Jeremy and his wife Kari reside in Illinois and have two daughters and a son (Jae, Blair, and Ty).
