Paige serves in Project Management and Client Services for Plasticity Boom. Paige is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a strong background in education, administration, and project management. Paige has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence. Paige earned a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University along with her B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education.
She currently serves as an ESL Teacher at Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School since August 2023, Paige leverages her expertise to provide valuable academic and language support for English Learner (EL) students. Paige previously served as an ESL Long-Term Substitute at Shabbona and Shepherd Elementary Schools in Bourbonnais Elementary School District 53 from January to May 2023.
Paige's dedication to education extends to her role as an Adjunct Faculty member at Olivet Nazarene University since November 2016. In this capacity, she teaches online bachelor courses to adult students with diverse learning styles, contributing to curriculum development to optimize learning outcomes.
Paige's extensive administrative experience includes her role as Senior Director of Finance & Administration at Olivet Nazarene University from October 2010 to February 2022. In this capacity, she demonstrated strong financial acumen, preparing monthly budget reports and providing project management for the senior leadership team. Paige also supervised SGCS events, the payroll process, and office management, while serving as an HR representative for employee conflict resolution. Paige possesses a robust skill set, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications. She is known for her adaptability, collaborative approach, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
Paige lives in Bourbonnais, Illinois with her husband Doug and their two daughters, Charlee and JoElle.
